Registration
for new students is by appointment only. You
will be contacted by phone after you have
submitted your application and an appointment
will be made for an interview with the principal
for you and your child.
Application form and other
documents are given out on the Wednesday of
Catholic Schools Week (February 12th, for
this year) which normally takes place in the
last week of January. |

payable at time of registration: (Three
separate checks payable to St. Francis Academy)
- Registration & Testing Fee - $100.00
- Book Fee - [$150.00 for Pre-K]
/ [$225 for K - Gr. 3] / [$250
for Gr. 4 - Gr. 8]
- Parents' Guild Activity Fee - $80.00

- Report card from previous school signed
by the Principal
- Standardized testing scores
- Health Record / Complete Physical Immunization
Records
- Social Security Number
- Transfer Card from previous school
